About the role
Asian Development Bank (ADB) is recruiting a Project Finance Analyst to join the Procurement & Financial Management team in Islamabad. The role sits at Grade 6 / Local equivalent with a reported salary range of USD 2,400 - 3,200 and requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
You will own tendering and contracting activity end to end: preparing procurement plans, drafting and issuing tenders and RFQs, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts and monitoring delivery against the organisation's annual plan. The position works closely with finance, technical and administrative departments, and with external consultants and suppliers.
What we are looking for
- Degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, law or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with PPRA rules, tendering processes and public sector procurement
- Working knowledge of e-procurement portals and financial management systems
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and written communication in English
- Willingness to travel to field offices and project sites as required
