Frequently asked questions
Can I try Professional before paying?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the Professional plan, with no card details required. The trial converts to a paid plan only if you choose to continue.
Where do the tender notices come from?
TendersBox aggregates notices published by federal and provincial departments, regulators, utilities, development authorities, development partners such as the World Bank, ADB, UNDP, UNICEF, UNOPS, GIZ and the European Union, as well as private sector listings.
Is there a limit on how many tenders I can view?
The Starter plan includes a daily preview allowance. Professional and Enterprise plans include unlimited access to the full tender database, including closed notices and award outcomes.
Can I add colleagues to my account?
Professional includes 5 seats and Enterprise includes 25. Additional seats can be added at any time, and your team can share saved searches and a joint bid calendar.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your saved searches and documents remain available for 30 days. After that, you move to the Starter plan and can upgrade at any time without losing your alert preferences.
Do you offer invoices for registered companies?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans can be billed to companies registered with NTN or STRN, with GST invoicing available for international organisations.
