Tender description

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites sealed competitive bids for restoration and landscape works of rawal lake front, phase ii under reference LDA/UD/2026/0298. The contract covers works at Lahore, Punjab, with an estimated cost of PKR 428 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
