Tender description

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites sealed competitive bids for construction of intercity bus terminal and ancillary facilities under reference LDA/CIV/2026/0155. The contract covers works at Lahore, Punjab, with an estimated cost of PKR 1.36 B including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.

Tender documents are available to interested parties up to the published date. Bid security of PKR 27.2 M must be submitted in the prescribed form by 24 Mar 2026.
