Tender description

National Highway Authority (NHA) invites sealed competitive bids for construction of dual carriageway and paved road m-4 access route, multan under reference NHA/PMC/2026/0092. The contract covers works at Multan, Punjab, with an estimated cost of PKR 1.84 B including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
