Tender description

Gwadar Port Authority invites sealed competitive bids for civil works package for export processing zone access road, lot 1 under reference GPA/CE/2026/0031. The contract covers works at Gwadar, Balochistan, with an estimated cost of PKR 2.70 B including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document.
