Tender description

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed competitive bids for procurement of biometric voter registration kits and handheld devices under reference NADRA/PROC/2026/1187. The contract covers goods at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of PKR 620 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
