Tender description

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed competitive bids for production and supply of smart cnic cards with biometric chip under reference NADRA/PROC/2026/0842. The contract covers goods at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of PKR 1.95 B including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
