Tender description

Federal Army University (FAU) invites sealed competitive bids for supply of modular office furniture and fit-out for new academic block under reference FAU/ADM/2026/0021. The contract covers goods at Rawalpindi, Punjab, with an estimated cost of PKR 64 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.

Tender documents are available to interested parties up to the published date. Bid security of PKR 1.28 M must be submitted in the prescribed form by 04 Oct 2026.
