Tender description

Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission invites sealed competitive bids for lease of dark fibre and capacity services for backhaul modernisation under reference PA/PAEC/ICT/2026/0018. The contract covers services at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of PKR 340 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.

Tender documents are available to interested parties up to the published date. Bid security of PKR 6.8 M must be submitted in the prescribed form by 21 Oct 2026.
