Tender description

Punjab Safe Cities Project, Urban Mobility Unit invites sealed competitive bids for feasibility study and preliminary design for metro line extension feasibility study under reference PSCA/UM/2026/0058. The contract covers services at Lahore, Punjab, with an estimated cost of PKR 74 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
