Tender description

Shifa Eye Trust and Healthcare Foundation invites sealed competitive bids for supply of essential surgical instruments, consumables and hospital furniture under reference SEHT/PMC/2026/0033. The contract covers goods at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of PKR 132 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
