Tender description

Capital Development Authority, Islamabad invites sealed competitive bids for general consultancy for islamabad mass transit system expansion under reference CDA/MMTS/2026/0055. The contract covers services at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of PKR 380 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
