Tender description

Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed competitive bids for framework contract for engagement of procurement and audit consultants under reference PPRA/SE/2026/0284. The contract covers services at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of PKR 95 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.

Tender documents are available to interested parties up to the published date. Bid security of PKR 1.9 M must be submitted in the prescribed form by 05 Jun 2026.
