Tender description

United States Agency for International Development (USAID) invites sealed competitive bids for third-party monitoring and evaluation of health systems strengthening under reference USAID-PAK-2026-0224. The contract covers services at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of USD 1.85 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document.
