Tender description

Islamabad Capital Territory Administration invites sealed competitive bids for digital cadastral mapping and property valuation framework for 12 union councils under reference ICT/LCM/2026/0072. The contract covers services at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of PKR 210 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
