Tender description

National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites sealed competitive bids for integrated resource planning study for national power grid 2030-2045 under reference NEPRA/IRP/2026/0009. The contract covers services at Islamabad, with an estimated cost of PKR 128 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.
