Tender description

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites sealed competitive bids for rehabilitation of auxiliary power plant and station auxiliaries at mangla dam complex under reference KHA/MG/2026/0044. The contract covers works at Mirpur, AJK, with an estimated cost of PKR 960 M including all applicable taxes, duties and contingency.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales tax authorities, hold a valid registration certificate, and satisfy the financial and technical qualification criteria set out in the bidding document. Experience on at least two comparable assignments of similar scale in the last five years is expected.

Tender documents are available to interested parties up to the published date. Bid security of PKR 19.2 M must be submitted in the prescribed form by 30 Oct 2026.
